MEET THE CHEF
KATIE PRESCOTT
I am a self-taught chef inspired by time spent with friends and family gathered around the table sharing a good meal, wine, and laughter. Wife and mom. Living that crazy mom life on the central coast. I have always had a love for food. Some of my favorite childhood memories are in the kitchen with my mom learning past down family recipes. Making jam and canning with my grandmother, to helping on the Fennell family apple orchard and making my Nana's famous egg salad. One of my biggest passions is creating not only something delicious, but pretty to look at as well. Let's be honest we eat with our eyes as well. Moving to the central coast in 2018 I had the opportunity to work in the wine industry. There I just furthered my knowledge and passion for food and wine. I started hosting sensory tastings, a fun yet informative combination of scents, small bites and wine. That lead into hosting private wine pairing dinners. I have had so much fun that I have made the decision to make my part-time gig, my full-time gig!

On my free time you can find me working in our garden, hiking with my family, at the beach, or out exploring new wineries and restaurants to further my inspiration. I can't wait to create something special for you!
